Santanera focuses on single terroir organic tequila batches from some of the most famed tequila distilleries in Mexico. These batches are unique, one-offs that exemplify a single place and time in a way that's often lost in tequila production. Typically less than 2,000 bottles a batch, these are extremely rare tequila bottlings.
